Hi all, in May 2011 I sent a direct to DL7EDH, QSL manager of 4J9M, today I received a direct from Azerbaijan, confirming our QSOs on 17M & 40M CW (2 new confirmed bands ! ). Azerbaijan is now only needed on 80M for all bands (still waiting 15M confirmations)......
