Finally !!! After many $ wasted sending direct to Vasily without any return, I tried the new QSL manager way (RA4LW) in order to confirm 2 QSOs (one from 2004 !) on 20M & 10M (new band !) SSB... and it worked ! 3 weeks after my postage, I got the return...

Yes ! I got today TA4ZA (OH2BH) / TC4X QSL for our QSO on 80M CW ! New confirmed band !! I now miss Turkey on 80M SSB, 12M CW & 10 CW to "close" this DXCC. All other band sloths are contacted... just waiting QSLs' return !
