Finally !!! After many $ wasted sending direct to Vasily without any return, I tried the new QSL manager way (RA4LW) in order to confirm 2 QSOs (one from 2004 !) on 20M & 10M (new band !) SSB... and it worked ! 3 weeks after my postage, I got the return...
